					<description>Dude.  I can hardly handle the news in ANY form any more.  I seldom watch it on TV, I rarely read it on the internet or in the paper, and I haven't even listened to my beloved NPR for some time.  I just needed a break.  Interestingly, I find that I still hear about most of the really big stuff.  But, and I am almost loathe to admit this, it has improved my quality of life to NOT know about all the suffering and misery in the world which I can't do anything about.</description>
