Before I ordered.
I’ve spent over a month trying to get my ordered items from http://craftyalien.com . They’ve been pretty non-responsive. I had to remind them twice after ordering to, you know, actually SEND the stuff, and then they gave me a bogus tracking number, which showed items delivered to Houston, TX a full 25 days after I placed my order. I don’t live anywhere near Houston, and I’m beyond pissed that they lied to me.
Subsequent follow ups produced a vague “we will resend your order” and now they’ve just flat out stopped responding. I have filed a Paypal claim and am just so frustrated that I’m in tears.
They have great product, but absolute SHIT customer service. I spent the very last of my stash and play money (stuff I’d scrimped and saved and actually counted laundry quarters for) on the items I ordered, all of which were to be holiday gifts for people. And now, over a month later, I have no product, no gifts, and am out what is a LOT of money for me right now, given that I’ve had no income for seven freakin’ months.
Buyer beware. Wish I’d googled the intarwebs before I ordered, because from a few things I’ve read, mine is by no means a unique situation. Caveat emptor.
