Sounds like things are progressing, albeit sloooowwwwly! So glad you got a new place you like – that will make a big change. There’s a fridge magnet I’ve seen before that says “The only reason I have a kitchen is because it came with the house!” So a microwave is key!

I’m sending massive good vibes your way. I sure hope you can go home soon. I have to deal with a leaking water pipe in my garage wall right now. I think my vacation will be spent replacing insulation and drywall. Let me know if you need any help.
